Tropical Florals, Leis, and More
Floral decoration will be provided by our in-house staff or through one of our vendors. Custom Floral Crowns, Bouquets, and Celebratory Leis. Ocean Dreamer Florals is our recommended florist.
We have a network of local musicians that regularly perform on the Vida Mia. From traditional Hawaiian to contemporary music, to groovy DJs, we’ve got your entertainment needs covered. In addition, we have a network of photographers we can arrange to capture your special event.
Bar Service and Menu Selection
Bar service is offered at $20/per person, per hour. We carry a full selection of premium liquor on board. No outside liquor will be permitted. Please allow ample time in advance to order custom items. Our standard bar selection includes Titos Vodka, Cazadores Tequila, Hendrix Gin, Jack Daniels and Koloa Rums. Beer and wines are sourced from local breweries and our wine selection varies by season.
We offer three menu tiers: standard, mid-tier, and premium. Guests are offered the option of working directly with our chef to accommodate dietary restrictions. Pricing ranges from $45 - $185/per person.
Additional pricing may apply for specialty items.

$1650 / hour, 2-hour minimum
Charter times are generally from
7:00am - 9:00am
11:00am - 2:00pm
5:00pm - 7:00pm
Departure times are seasonal. Our staff can accommodate custom departure times based on sunrise and sunset times during the season. Half and full-day charters are also available.
Multiple day buyouts can be arranged for parties that wish to have exclusive access to the vessel during their stay.

BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Due to high demand, quotes are valid for 48 hours from the time they are issued.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We understand that travel to Hawaii, especially with larger groups, can come with unexpected challenges. When possible, we are happy to offer reasonable accommodations to support your plans.
