Vida Mia Coffee Cruise
cruise the coastline of waikiki

"Best way to spend a morning in Waikiki. Perfect. Beautiful. Amazing. The boat. The crew. The owner. The music. All absolutely wonderful!!"

Looking For The Best Coffee in Hawaii?
It's right here on the Vida Mia!
Our coastal cruise offers great views of Diamond Head as we tour the coast of Waikiki and Honolulu. Sea conditions are prime early in the morning. The winds are low and the ocean is calm, making it an ideal time to view marine life. We often see pods of dolphins, whales, and sea turtles. Guests are invited to tour the entire historic vessel and our knowledgeable crew is there to help pass on their knowledge and the history of the Vida Mia.

From Farm to Cup... to Yacht
Our coffee beans are grown by local coffee farmers in Kona and the beans are roasted right here in Honolulu. Our pastries and breakfast items are baked fresh daily and delivered fresh every morning. Fruits are sourced from local farms on-island. We also offer decaf coffee and a selection of local tea. Dairy-free oat milk, creamers, and natural sweeteners are provided on every tour.
Your ticket includes a delicious assortment of sweet and savory pastries from Oceanside Bakery. A custom menu of sweet and savory items, all of our pastries are sourced from this local artisanal french bakery located in Chinatown. Our generous breakfast is offered buffet style.
Oceanside Bakery has created a custom menu for the Vida Mia of sweet and savory items. People rarely make caneles here in Hawaii, but the bakery has made them quite popular. They’re like little cakes, but with a unique caramelized crust and an almost custardy center. With added toppings like chocolate, caramel, haupia or guava, so expect a taste of the islands.
A signature item is the croissant cube with smoked salmon. Croissant cubes are not only trending in Europe, they are trending in Hawaii.Gluten-free items are offered on every cruise.

FINDING US

We are conveniently located near all the major hotels. We share the harbor with the nearby Prince Waikiki, Ilikai Hotel, and the Hilton Hawaiian Village. If you are staying at the Royal Hawaiian, Outrigger Waikiki, or Sheraton Waikiki we are a short 10-15 minute walk along the beach. Many of our hotel guests take a morning stroll over to the harbor or rent a Biki bike at one of their kiosks. There is a nice bike path along the beach; you can catch it right at the end of Lewers Street or take the scenic route and cut through the path at the Hale Koa Hotel.

Frequently Asked Questions

What time should we arrive?
For our sunset cocktail cruise, please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. We ask that you do not arrive prior to 20 minutes before boarding as our captain and crew are focused on safety checks and preparing the boat for guests. Note that parking is limited for our Friday Fireworks cruises. We recommend Uber, Lyft or another rideshare for Friday evenings.
What should I wear?
While we do not implement a formal dress code, “Aloha Attire” is always preferred. Our sunset cocktail and sunset dinner cruises tend to be a bit more formal, with guests wearing aloha shirts and nice slacks or shorts, and tropical prints. We recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater for our sunset and fireworks cruises. For our out-of-town guests, “aloha attire” is a semi-formal dress code that's a happy medium between business casual and full evening wear. It typically consists of aloha shirts and muumuus or other tropical print dresses. We like to create a festive atmosphere on the boat so please wear whatever makes you feel happy and comfortable. For dinner cruises, we recommend resort elegant or casual. Short pants and flip-flops are not recommended. For our daytime whale watch cruise, casual attire and shorts are fine. We also recommend comfortable shoes, sunglasses and sunscreen if departure times are earlier in the evening.
Can we wear shoes on the boat?
Heels are no good on boat decks. To preserve the vessel, we ask for bare feet or boating shoes (anything with rubber soles) for guests on our sunset cruises. We will safely store your heels on board the vessel in a safe stowaway compartment.
