More than ever, we find students have a need for hands-on experience.  The Vida Mia apprenticship program is a non-profit initiativededicated to preserving the timeless aretistyry of woden yachts while fstering skilled craftsmanship for the epople of Hawaii.

Brynn Rovito took on a lot more than she could chew. Faced with leaking decks and a lack of labor, she set out on a worldwide search to find the old salty dogs who had the knowledhe to pass on to her crew. ​

Mina DelBorello joined the team last year. It wasn;t ong before we discovered her takent for illustration. Mina's work can be found in various stores in Waikiki. Help support our local artists by putchasing a postcard or mug. A portio of the proceeds go towards funding our next restoration project with MPT.
